DOTHAN, ALA. (July 29, 2021) – DSI Security Services has recently received confirmation that the company will be the new security partner for Hyundai ENG America operations in Alabama.  The upcoming contract represents a significant partnership for DSI and enhancement of Hyundai’s security posture.

Hyundai Motor Manufacturing and Hyundai Glovis sites in Alabama employ over 3,000 people in the manufacturing and global shipping industries.  The automotive manufacturing plant alone covers over 3.4 million square feet.  Security for such operations is paramount and DSI is proud to have been selected as the provider of choice.

A key factor in the selection is DSI’s proven track record when it comes to protecting global manufacturing facilities.  The company’s expertise and willingness to customize a comprehensive security solution has already resulted in a successful partnership with another global automotive manufacturer in the Southeast.  Close collaboration on protocols and response solutions has significantly reduced the security risk at that company’s 7 million square foot campus.

Marty Clark, president of DSI Security Services, notes that she is gratified by the opportunity to serve a corporation that has established itself as an important employer in Alabama.  “Protecting a large workforce is even more fulfilling when it is close to home,” she adds.
