Matthew W. Doherty
Matt Doherty is a nationally recognized expert in workplace violence prevention and behavioral threat assessment. A 20-year veteran of the U.S. Secret Service, Matt served as Special Agent in Charge of the National Threat Assessment Center (NTAC), where he led groundbreaking research into targeted violence prevention and worked closely with schools, corporations, and government agencies. Since transitioning to the private sector, he has spent nearly 20 years advising Fortune 100 companies, universities, and public institutions on workplace violence prevention and behavioral threat assessment. Matt frequently serves as a keynote speaker and consultant to senior leaders navigating complex behavioral risk issues.

Todd Kreisher
Todd Kreisher is an experienced law enforcement and corporate security leader with more than 35 years in executive protection, investigations, and enterprise risk management. He served with distinction in the U.S. Secret Service from 1987 to 2013, holding leadership assignments in protective operations and investigative programs. Following federal service, Todd spent more than a decade as the Chief Security Officer for BMW of North America, where he transformed a small security function into an award-winning international program responsible for physical security, crisis management, and protective operations across the enterprise. In 2025, he founded Buckhorn Advisors LLC, where he advises corporations, executives, and high-net-worth individuals on comprehensive and customized security strategies.
