Broad knowledge base developed over the last 9 years of steadily growing scope and responsibility within DSI Security Services. Currently serving as National Training and Compliance Manager for DSI Security Services’ company footprint. My cored responsibility is to ensure compliance with a multitude of federal and state regulatory mandates, and administrate training and educational programs across our company to better serve our 3500+ employees, 600+ clients, and the overall security industry community. During my career with DSI I have held positions including payroll and scheduling coordination, Operations management, Branch management, and finally Corporate level management. I have had the opportunity to expand my knowledge base in Assessments, Security Program Implementation, Human Resource management, Security Management, Facility Management, Business Operations, Corporate Security, Risk Management, and Crisis mitigation and Response. Frequent lecturer on security topics including but not limited to Crisis Mitigation, Active Assailant, Emergency Response, Business Continuity, Balancing Security and Culture, and the occasional off-topic.
