Atlanta will be the place to be for all things security related when the Global Security Exchange (GSX) opens its doors. Sponsored by ASIS International, GSX is the industry’s most trusted annual event and the Georgia World Congress Center (GWCC) is a perfect venue for it.
As with the past few years, the GSX taking place September 12-14 will be a hybrid event in 2022. In-person exhibits and conferences will be held in the GWCC, with a digital experience available on the GSX online platform. Attendance options range from a $50 three day exhibit-only pass to an All-Access Pass that unlocks 175 live sessions and all digital content. GSX registration costs are discounted for ASIS International members.
Presentations from security industry thought leaders from around the globe will provide ample opportunity to discover new products, technologies and services available to address the evolving risks in the security and protection landscape. As Malcolm Smith, 2022 president of ASIS International puts it, “Managing risk in today’s environment means security professionals need to navigate a level of complexity the likes of which we have not seen before.” With global industry leaders and vendors all in one place, GSX helps security professionals manage that complexity.
Good information from the impressive community at GSX can lead to career benefits, as well. The network and education offerings give attendees the chance to earn up to 22 CPEs. Career HQ will even be offering free career coaching, headshots and resume reviews. The opportunity for networking with new colleagues and industry veterans may be the biggest benefit of the event.
Along with the presentations, over 400 exhibitors will be highlighting some of the industry’s top brands. The exhibit hall will include the X stage that explores the intersection of physical security and cybersecurity. Product demonstrations will include the latest in uncrewed aircraft platforms, counter UAS systems and ground-based robots.
